New milestone for MND: subsidiary SUFAG appointed official FIS snowmaking partner   (2014/07/15 4:20 PM)
The MND Group (FR0011584549, MND), an innovative developer of mountain and urban mobility solutions, is listed on the Paris Euronext regulated market, compartment C.

The acquisition of the Snownet group and the consolidation of the entire snowmaking division under the SUFAG brand continue to bear fruit, as SUFAG, already a partner of the FIS (International Ski Federation), has just seen its partnership extended until 2018. This raises SUFAG to the rank of official FIS partner for snowmaking solutions.

The partnership guarantees SUFAG the role of supplier for the Ski World Cup and World Championships, which will provide the division with an opportunity to contribute its expertise and a product range with a global reputation for high quality.

It will also enable SUFAG to co-operate with the various national ski federations in competitions organised by the FIS.

This agreement is a token of genuine recognition of the quality and reliability of SUFAG's products. MND thus consolidates its position as a leading global snowmaking solution provider offering the most energy-efficient range of high and low pressure snow cannons on the market today. MND's success is also due to its ability to offer hands-on equipment maintenance services via a network of operating bases in over 49 countries.

Buoyed by its industrial expertise in the mountain cable transport market and by innovative technology protected by worldwide patents, the MND Group has strong growth potential in the urban cable public transport field, where it offers an unobtrusive alternative mode of urban transport.

With four manufacturing plants in Europe (France, Germany and Sweden), eight distribution subsidiaries and 50 distributors worldwide, the MND Group has 264 employees and almost 3,000 customers in 49 countries.
